Services & Integration

Yes. We can integrate Microsoft Teams with your existing PBX or SIP trunk using Direct Routing. This allows for a phased transition or hybrid setup — ideal if you want to maintain legacy systems while adopting Teams.
This requires using an on-premises or cloud SBC, which connects your existing PBX or trunk to Teams. By default, we use AudioCodes SBCs.

While Microsoft Teams Calling is our core focus, we also support extended Contact Center solutions for Teams for environments that require more complex call handling.

Yes. We support integration with platforms like Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Zendesk, and others to connect your voice system with customer data and workflows.

Absolutely. We design intelligent call flows, auto attendants, IVRs, and routing logic based on your business hours, languages, departments, and more.

Getting Started

Our onboarding is clear and collaborative:

  1. Discovery call – introductions and discovering possibilities.
  2. Functional intake – what must Teams Calling provide for you?
  3. Technical assessment – review of hardware, software and network environment.
  4. Proposal & licensing review – presentation of suggested solution and setup.
  5. Testing & implementation – go/no-go testing and tenant configuration.
  6. Training & handover* – train key users and employees and prepare for go-live.
  7. Go-live – migration or re-routing of phone numbers and go-live in production environment.
  8. Follow-up – assistance, monitoring and support after go-live.

*we believe employees play a vital role in the success of rolling out a new telephony system, thus it is very important to us that we make all employees feel comfortable and ready for adopting the new solution.

This is largely dependent on the scale and complexity of the project.

→ For small to medium businesses, a straightforward implementation usually takes between one week and a month.

→ For municipalities, the implementation will generally take between one to four months, depending on POC duration, inventory and schedule.

→ For enterprises, the implementation duration varies from a few weeks to several months, depending on the POC duration and scale, amount of locations, contrast to the existing setup, etc.

In any case, we will make sure that all projects run according to your agenda, to ensure a smooth project and migration. An exact timeline will of course be provided during intake.

The main requirement is having Microsoft Teams already active within your company.
Teams Calling transforms your Microsoft Teams client into a fully functional business phone system.
If you are not yet using Microsoft Teams for internal collaboration and communication, I can only strongly recommend it!

Yes, you can keep your phone numbers!
Whether you change your provider or don’t, all of your owned numbers can stay with you.
Prefer a fresh start with a new number range? That’s absolutely possible too.

Yes. We can assist you in migrating your numbers to a certified Teams operator, or we can leverage your existing trunk provider using an SBC – though this requires some extra setup and configuration.

Support & Ownership

We’re happy to audit, optimize, troubleshoot, or expand your existing environment — even if we didn’t set it up.
